A former manor – the only 19th century neogothic building in Jēkabpils. The original cowshed, stable and barn can still be seen. It belonged to the industrialist Alfreds Kens who created a park with trees only found in Latvia. Now the building houses the Jēkabpils Art School. There is also a secular tree of national importance in the park – a European larch.
