Next to the bakery "Lāči" there is a bird watching tower on the very shore of Lake Babīte. The 9-meter-high tower offers a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding area, and it is also a great bird-watching spot. A specially created walking trail leads to the tower, where informative materials about the bird species found are placed.
