Jaunjelgava Roman Catholic church

Originally, there was a wooden chapel built in 1818 in Jaunjelgava. In 1902, a new wooden church was built on the site of the old chapel. The church is a wooden building, 30 meters long, 23 meters wide with a slate roof and one tower with two copper bells. From the outside the building is lined with boards.
