Mūrmuiža stone bridge is one of the oldest in Latvia. It was built by the Swedes for war purposes around 1700. It is built of torn stones. It consists of 3 bridgehead vaulted bridges over the Vilce River and its 2 drains. The total length of the bridge is 114 m. The main vault is 4 m high and at 6.8 m wide, it has passed the tank ride during the Second World War. The bridge leads to Mūrmuiža, where was the mill and the pub, built in the second half of the 17th century. The army stayed there during the Northern War. Until today these Mūrmuiža buildings has not survived. About 50 m from the bridge is the Vella depth (Devil’s depth). Sage says that there is a box with gold and a royal crown.
